Series 100 Electrical
Traditionally HNL pressure switches have been designed to set an
industry standard and not simply to meet a price. With the Series 100
range we give you the best of both worlds - the high accuracy, tight
resets and reliability you have come to expect from HNL teamed with a
competitively priced low unit cost.
Series 100 is both lightweight and compact - ideal for close panel
mounting or OEM applications where space and weight is often
restricted.
Series 100 Switches offer a wide selection of setpoint ranges with
switching points from 100 mBar to 210 Bar. Users have a choice of process
wetted parts including stainless steel and Hastelloy C, materials normally
not associated with low cost pressure switches.
These compact switches are simple to install and maintain with end user
installation and maintenance instructions presented in clearly defined
steps and supported by 3-dimensional exploded diagrams.
There are no covers to remove to adjust the setpoint; access to the
setpoint adjustment screw is via the plugged hole at the top of the switch
and is made using a standard 3mm allen key.
Aluminium components used on the Series 100 switch are anodised to
BS1615: 1987 marine grade for maximum environmental protection.
Parameter definitions in accordance with BS6134:1991 (Pressure &
Vacuum switches).
CE : This product satisfies the requirements of the Electromagnetic
Compatibility Directive 89/336/EEC and amendments by compliance with
standards EN50081-2:1993 and EN50082-2:1995. This product also complies
with standard EN60947-5-1:1991.
Note: Series 100 Switches are classified as simple apparatus and
therefore can be incorporated into an I.S. circuit without individual
certification.
