AUTO RESET with Test and Accept facilities

The alarm point automatically resets to the safe state when the input holding signal is re-applied following the alarm condition.

MANUAL RESET with Test, Reset and Accept facilities

The alarm point does not reset automatically when the input holding signal is re-applied following the alarm condition.
Reset is by operation of the common RESET pushbutton and reset will only take place if the input holding signal is present.

AUTO RESET PLUS FLEETING ALARM RETENTION with Test and Accept facilities

The alarm point automatically resets to the safe state when the holding signal is re-applied following an alarm condition, provided the alarm condition has been previously accepted by operation of the common ACCEPT pushbutton.

MOUNTING VARIATIONS

ENCLOSED SITE MOUNTED SYSTEMS

These systems are in wall mounting enclosures, available in IP42 or IP55 construction.
The pneumatic logic is rack mounted within the enclosure. The visual signal indicators and the pushbutton stations are mounted on the door of the enclosure.

Any number of alarm points, together with any optional variation, may be specified. The size of the enclosure will depend on the total number of alarm points required.

ENCLOSED FRONT PANEL MOUNTING MODULES
Each module occupies a front panel area of 160mm x 160mm.

Control Module - (Link to Outline Drawing)
Consists of 4 alarm points, together with the appropriate pushbutton stations and associated logic. This unit may be used as a self-contained 4 point alarm system.

Add-on Modules - (Link to Outline Drawing)
4 alarm points, used in conjunction with the control module or
8 alarm points, used in conjunction with the control module. Please note that not all of the OPTIONAL VARIATIONS are available with the 8 point Add-on Module.

OPEN RACK REAR PANEL MOUNTING SYSTEM

Designed for panel mounting applications where it is necessary to display the alarm indicators over a large area or within a mimic diagram.

Any number and variation of alarm points may be provided with this form of mounting.

OPTIONAL VARIATIONS (If no variations are required, specify the variation code as 00)

No variation

Individual direct-acting shutdown signal or signals. The shutdown signal is 0 during the alarm condition and at supply pressure in the safe condition.

Individual reverse-acting shutdown signal or signals. The shutdown signal is at supply pressure during the alarm condition and 0 in the safe condition. This is not fail-safe.

Group direct-acting shutdown signal. The shutdown signal is 0 if any point in the group of alarm points goes into the alarm condition, and is at supply pressure under the all-safe condition.

Group reverse-acting shutdown signal. The shutdown signal is at supply pressure if any point in the group of alarm points goes into the alarm condition, and is 0 under the all-safe condition. This is not fail-safe.

First-up fault indication. First-up alarm point flashes - other alarm points steady. After ACCEPT - all steady and first-up again available.

Priority selection of alarm or alarm groups.

Zone and group alarm systems.

Remote alarm Accept facility.
