TG 300 Series Thermometer Assemblies with |
Bi-metallic, Mercury or Gas filled thermometers provided with an adjustable connector and a drilled bar-stock threaded well is commonly used on piping installations carrying process fluids.
Variour designs of threaded thermowells are available, a few of which are illustrated in following pages.
Thermowells can be supplied in standard AISI 300 series stainless steel grades or AISI 400 series ferrite grades as well as in exotic materials like Incoloy 800, Inconnel 600, Monel 400 or Hastelloy alloys B&C.
The assembly shown above is that of a Bi-metallic temperature gauge with thermowell. Mercury or Gas filled gauges can also be supplied if specified.
